Position Summary: The Marketing Manager is a strategic, highly execution-oriented contributor within Realberry’s marketing team, responsible for managing and advancing marketing, communications, and creative initiatives across the company’s portfolio. This role works across corporate, multifamily, investor, and project verticals, translating business objectives into thoughtful, audience-specific marketing programs and polished deliverables. The Marketing Manager works closely with all members of the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external agency partners to move projects from strategy and planning through execution, ensuring work is high-quality, on-brand, timely, and aligned with business objectives. Employment Type: This is an initial 6 - 9-month temporary position with the opportunity to transition to a regular, full-time position based on business needs, performance, and organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing & Creative Execution Translate business and marketing objectives into thoughtful, high-quality marketing materials, campaigns, communications, presentations, and experiences across Realberry’s portfolio. Manage the development and production of branded collateral, presentations, brochures, digital assets, videos, email campaigns, events materials, and other marketing deliverables across corporate, investor, multifamily, and project initiatives. Partner closely with the Brand Manager to translate brand standards and creative direction into effective marketing initiatives and deliverables. Contribute to campaign concepting, copywriting, storytelling, and creative development, bringing strong judgment and attention to detail to every deliverable. 2. Internal Communications & Culture Manage and evolve both CommonGround and Real Talk, Realberry's internal communications platforms, including content planning, updates, and cross-departmental coordination. Develop and design materials for company-wide communications, including Townhalls, Roadshows, Company Meetings, and other internal events and programming. Serve as a brand ambassador and active contributor to company culture. 3. Investor & Executive Materials Lead the development and production of strategic investor- and executive-facing materials, including equity decks, fund decks, presentations, proposals, and other materials supporting capital formation and business development. Partner with business leaders to translate complex information and business objectives into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate stories and presentations. Manage the end-to-end production process for assigned materials, including content coordination, narrative development, design, copyediting, stakeholder review, revisions, and final delivery. Develop high-quality supporting materials for investor meetings, presentations, events, and relationship-building initiatives, adapting content and messaging to specific audiences and opportunities. Maintain strong attention to detail and discretion when working with confidential business, investment, and financial information. 4. Multifamily Marketing Lead marketing support for multifamily pipeline projects, new acquisitions, and ground-up developments, partnering closely with Asset Management and Development teams to understand priorities and deliver effective marketing initiatives. Manage relationships with multifamily property management and marketing teams to ensure quality marketing execution and consistent brand standards. Partner with the Brand Manager on property-specific branding, creative direction, and brand standards, as appropriate. Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and deliverables for assigned multifamily marketing initiatives. Coordinate photography, videography, signage, and corporate event needs for multifamily properties, including groundbreaking ceremonies. 5. Digital, Email & Social Media Lead digital and email marketing initiatives, including HubSpot campaign development, audience/list management, scheduling, and performance reporting. Lead social media planning and execution, including content planning, editorial calendars, copy development, posting, community management, and performance reporting. Manage ongoing website updates to ensure content is current, accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business priorities. Support landing pages, digital campaigns, SEO/AEO, and other digital initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team and external partners. Monitor digital and social performance and proactively recommend opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and effectiveness. 6. Project & Process Management Own multiple concurrent projects across verticals, maintaining clear timelines, workflows, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communication from initiation through completion. Develop and implement repeatable processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and consistency across the marketing team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for design required. Experience with HubSpot, Asana, Simpplr, Contentful, and Microsoft 365; familiarity with additional marketing and project management platforms a plus. Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from planning through execution, with sound judgment around priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and resources. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Real estate industry experience a plus. Collaborative team player with strong independent judgment and a proactive approach.
