Marketing and Content Manager
📍 Remote (Colombia) · Full time · Indefinite-term contract
About the role
We're looking for a Marketing and Content Manager to take full ownership of brand visibility, content, and digital presence for a Construction US based company. This is not a coordinator role: you'll set the direction and do the work yourself, with full ownership of the outcome.
What you'll own
- Brand visibility and positioning across the company
- Daily content and posting cadence on core channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn and Instagram
- Website updates and SEO-driven blog content and articles
- Lower-frequency management of secondary social accounts for specific real estate ventures/brands as they launch
- Marketing brochures and capabilities collateral, tailored per client, turned around fast for Business Development meetings
- Digital and event marketing execution, and tracking the metrics behind all of the above
- BD-adjacent support as needed: client research, outreach emails
What makes you a fit
- Advanced English (required)
- A portfolio that shows a real, distinct creative voice, not templated, not generic, not "obviously AI"
- Fluent use of AI tools to speed up content and graphics production, while owning the creative direction and ideas yourself
- Self-directed: you don't need daily instructions, you know the mission and fill the gaps yourself
- High energy and outgoing, especially on LinkedIn, you'll be building real connections with our target buyers
- Strong writing skills; nothing you publish should read like it came from a chatbot
- Comfortable wearing more than one hat, including admin or BD-support work when needed
- SEO fundamentals are a plus, not required, you'll be coached
