Description

Ready to lead an award-winning marketing team inside a Fortune 100 company? Do you love marketing strategy and want to own growth programs that reach millions of prospects each day? Join our Acquisition Partner Marketing team!

As Senior Manager, Marketing, you will set the strategy and direction for partner-facing acquisition marketing, owning a portfolio that spans brand guidance, customer experience, creative, and asset management. You will lead agency partners and work across teams to bring that strategy to market.

You will work closely with our internal Comparion Insurance Agency and external stakeholders to shape strategies and go-to-market plans, partnering with Marketing Insights to ground decisions in customer insights. You will also work with our internal creative agency, Copper Giants, to develop high-quality creative that supports business growth.

You will be accountable for strategy, creative and user experience, print and digital quality, marketing investment, and performance. If you love direct-to-consumer and partner marketing and care about both big-picture strategy and excellent execution, this is an opportunity to make an impact.

It's an exciting time for partner marketing. We're rethinking how we deliver expertise and solutions to our partners and how we work as a marketing team. That includes using AI and marketing technology to move faster, test more, improve creative, and build more effective growth programs.

  • Partner with analytics teams to establish KPIs, translate performance into insights, and lead testing and continuous improvement.
  • Turn customer insights, performance data, stakeholder input, and business priorities into a multi-year growth strategy and roadmap.
  • Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, content development, creative iteration, and reporting while meeting enterprise governance, brand, and compliance standards.
  • Evaluate emerging AI and MarTech capabilities, pilot promising solutions, and scale approaches that improve marketing effectiveness and team efficiency.

This role draws on significant experience developing and leading digital marketing strategies, using data and creative analytics to inform decisions, and managing complex marketing programs and budgets. Experience with partner, affinity, or channel marketing is preferred, as is prior advertising agency experience.

You'll bring hands-on knowledge of AI-enabled marketing tools and the broader marketing technology landscape, along with an understanding of customer segmentation and integrated marketing. Strong communication and presentation skills will help you lead work across internal teams, agencies, and partners and influence senior stakeholders. PowerPoint proficiency and working familiarity with HTML and Adobe Illustrator are also valuable for the role.
