Role Description The Marketing Manager – Ad Sales role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving advertising revenue and building strong relationships with clients and agencies. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying prospective advertisers, pitching ad solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals . The role involves developing and executing marketing and ad sales strategies, coordinating digital campaigns, and preparing performance reports and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or digital ad sales with a focus on revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Strong marketing and digital marketing skills, including the ability to develop and execute campaign strategies across online channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage decision-makers and manage key accounts.
• Ability to analyze audience data, campaign performance, and market trends to refine ad sales strategies and optimize results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with news media, governance, public policy, or bureaucracy-related content is an advantage.
