Marketing Manager (Digital & Performance) – MIGRO.RO

We are a well-established legal and tax consultancy firm with more than 13 years of experience in the market. Together with a team of 60 colleagues, we handle cases for Romanian citizens who have worked in Germany, providing them with professional advice and support.

We are looking for the person who takes over the entire marketing function: strategy, campaigns, content and data.

This is a role of execution and decision at the same time. You go into the ad accounts yourself, write the messages, test and measure. For content production — video, photo, design — you work with agencies and external partners, while you keep the creative direction and brand consistency.

🚀 What you will do

– Marketing strategy and calendar, for Romania and for Germany

– Performance campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok — hands-on, in the account

– SEO and evergreen content for the diaspora audience

– Post-lead automation: email, SMS, WhatsApp

– Content direction: agencies and external partners for production, AI for concepts and video

Tracking and attribution from click to client

🧩 Your profile

– 3–5+ years in B2C digital marketing, with high lead volume

– Direct experience in Ads Manager, not only in reports

– Funnels, automation, GA4 and GTM

– Experience coordinating production agencies and freelancers

Excellent Romanian, working English
