Your new opportunity
Ready to make an impact? Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Financial Services, you’ll be a key driver of growth across RAA’s finance products. - Analyse sales, member and market data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance and make clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns that bring finance products to market effectively, aligned to member needs and growth targets, and maximise commercial opportunities.
- Leverage member, market and competitor insights to influence product and pricing recommendations and help shape the roadmap and strategy, working closely with product, pricing and commercial teams and our partners.
- Optimise retail and distribution performance, working with the Offline Acquisition and Retail teams to identify and prioritise the channel and sales levers that drive growth.
- Lead go-to-market planning and campaigns that bring products to market and deliver measurable return on investment.
- Influence and align stakeholders across product, commercial, Acquisition, Brand and Market Research to deliver shared growth outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
You’re a commercially-minded, curious and analytical marketer who knows your numbers, makes confident decisions and gets results by influencing others. You’ll bring:
- Strong commercial acumen, with a clear grasp of the numbers that drive performance and the judgement to make confident, well-reasoned decisions.
- Proven ability to use data and insight to identify growth opportunities and turn them into action, across product, pricing, distribution, go-to-market and campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, challenge constructively and drive commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience driving product or category growth, ideally in financial services, banking or a member-based organisation, and a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
