About the role
As our new Marketing Manager, Sports Passion and Teens Consumer Group, you'll help shape and grow two important areas of the LEGO® Group. You'll turn consumer needs, cultural opportunities and commercial insights into portfolio and product opportunities. Working across portfolio strategy, product development and marketing activation, you'll balance longer-term thinking with hands-on delivery.
Please note: This position is based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week from home. However, some teams have higher demand for in-office days. There is no relocation for this role.

- Built business cases supporting portfolio planning and growth opportunities.
- Executed marketing plans using commercial insights to shape portfolio or product recommendations.
- Applied consumer insights to make strategic recommendations across products, portfolios or markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Built business cases from P&L analysis to support portfolio or business decisions.
- Developed business scenarios to inform portfolio planning or growth opportunities.
What you'll build
- Help shape the future Sports Passion portfolio and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Turn consumer, cultural and commercial insights into clear recommendations and business cases.
- Support product development and identify potential future partners.
- Help define how we better serve teen consumers and grow the business.
- Deliver priority product and marketing initiatives through key organisational milestones.
- Balance portfolio work with communications projects as priorities evolve.
If you've worked in a role where you developed marketing plans, built business cases and led complex cross-functional projects, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is turning insight into useful decisions while keeping important work moving forward.
Life on the team
You'll join the Sports Passion and Teen Consumer Group team within Product & Marketing Development. We're building relevant and sustainable growth across both areas, with broad exposure to product, portfolio, consumer strategy and marketing. We work collaboratively across disciplines and geographies, combining openness and shared ownership with different perspectives. Curiosity about consumers, sport, fandom and teen culture will help you thrive here, alongside adaptability and a willingness to communicate and collaborate across functions.
What success looks like
You'll become a trusted contributor across Sports Passion and the Teen Consumer Group, making meaningful contributions to portfolio strategy, future assortment and business growth. Over the next 12–18 months, the team will shape and land its long-term vision for both areas. You'll work closely with peers in the team and communication strategists, bringing strategic, consumer and commercial thinking to the decisions ahead.
