What you’ll do | Hei mahi
As a key driver within our Brand & Marketing team in Aotearoa, you will shape and execute high-impact trade initiatives that deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing initiatives to drive both customer and commercial outcomes.
- Champion collaboration between all business units (including Merchandise, Operations, Finance, Cartology, Loyalty, and e-Commerce) to ensure cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Lead the campaign briefing process for external agencies and internal teams across creative, digital, paid media, and our in-store marketing channels
- Partner with Cartology to create compelling go-to-market offerings, by understanding the right media and channel mix per campaign
- Use data-driven and insight-led decision-making to inform strategies, identify opportunities, set objectives, optimise performance and proactively mitigate challenges

You are a highly collaborative, analytical, and agile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about translating insights into impactful omnichannel experiences.
- A proven track record of successfully leading complex, end-to-end marketing campaigns across paid media, online, and in-store touchpoints.
- Commercial acumen to analyse sales, supply chain, and customer metrics to optimise strategies and adjust campaigns mid-flight.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across diverse business units, internal teams, and external agencies.
- Demonstrated experience navigating and delivering results within a complex, fast-paced retail landscape.
