Job Description:

Job Purpose

This position will support our Marketing Operations team as a Summer Intern from May 2027 – August 2027 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full- time internship.

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and develop product marketing collateral, customer-facing materials, and sample programs that support product launches and sales initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and develop solutions that drive adoption of marketing resources.
  • Assist in evaluating trade show investments, attendee engagement strategies, and supporting promotional materials to maximize return on marketing spend.
  • Review, organize, and audit the company's digital asset library to improve data quality, searchability, and user experience.
  • Create internal communications and enablement materials that help sales teams effectively utilize marketing assets, collateral, and sample programs.
  • Support the development of targeted sample kits and merchandising solutions based on regional market needs, customer segments, and product availability.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams.
  • Build professional relationships and gain exposure to marketing strategies, processes, and technologies within a leading building products company.
  • Receive mentorship and coaching from experienced marketing professionals and business leaders across the organization.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management skills

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Must have an expected graduation date of August 2027 or later
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Work Environment

  • This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
