  • Salesforce Operations: Serve as a marketing operations point of contact for Salesforce by managing the request queue, coordinating with Business Transformation and Operations, and communicating process changes across Marketing and Operations.
  • Enablement & Change Management: Build SOPs, rollout communications, and field training for lead strategies, outbound list additions, and process and flow changes to drive adoption of new tools and workflows.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline, attribution, and marketing performance reporting
  • Experience building process documentation (SOPs) and delivering field enablement and training
  • Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
