Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Remote — Mexico, Central America and South America; Argentina sourcing focus.

Salary Range: Up to USD 2,500 per month, depending on experience.

Work Schedule: US business hours; exact schedule confirmed during selection.

About the Role:

Own a portfolio of customer accounts in a digital marketing agency. Lead client meetings, execution plans and delivery across SEO, paid media, content and web work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of a client portfolio.

• Lead client meetings and turn priorities into clear execution plans.

• Coordinate delivery across SEO, paid media, content and web.

• Track plans, owners and delivery in ClickUp or a similar system.

Qualifications:

• At least five years owning customer accounts as the primary contact in a digital marketing agency or marketing services firm.

• Direct ownership of cross-channel delivery and client relationships.

• Strong written and spoken English for US clients.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Full-service agency experience and ownership of five or more accounts.

• Experience serving local or service businesses.
