Role Description The Marketing Operations Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Lahore, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing marketing workflows, maintaining marketing automation platforms, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance. The specialist collaborates with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to optimize lead management processes, streamline data flows, and support demand generation initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and monitoring campaigns, managing contact databases, improving data quality, and preparing dashboards to share insights with stakeholders. The role also involves supporting process documentation, coordinating with vendors or partners as needed, and contributing to continuous improvement of marketing operations.
Qualifications

• Ability to work with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and related platforms to support campaign execution and lead management.
• Strong data and analytics skills, including experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement in a marketing context.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as demand generation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience in workflow design, documentation, and continuous improvement for marketing operations.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exposure to B2B technology, AI, or enterprise services environments is an advantage.
