Make an Impact. Grow Our Brand. Connect More Patients to Care.

Position Summary

Are you a marketing professional who thrives on turning strategy into measurable results? Do you enjoy combining digital marketing, brand development, analytics, and relationship-building to drive meaningful growth? Gastro Care Partners (GCP) is seeking a proactive, data-driven Marketing & Patient Growth Manager to strengthen our brand presence, elevate provider visibility, and expand patient access to care across our markets.

In this role, you will bring marketing initiatives to life that increase awareness, enhance our providers’ digital presence, strengthen online reputation, and support new-patient acquisition. Working closely with the Marketing team, Practice Operations, providers, and local leadership, you will help ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with organizational priorities and translate into meaningful business results.

A key component of this role is owning and optimizing our digital provider presence across platforms such as Rater8 and Rave. From maintaining accurate, compelling provider profiles to monitoring patient reviews and identifying opportunities to improve digital engagement, you will help create a seamless connection between how patients discover our providers and how they take the next step toward scheduling care.

This is an opportunity for a marketing professional who is equally comfortable executing campaigns, analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and turning insights into action. Your work will help strengthen our reputation, increase provider visibility, and support GCP’s continued growth.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means more than launching campaigns or maintaining digital profiles. It means delivering measurable improvements in provider visibility, online reputation, digital engagement, and patient acquisition. You will use data, collaboration, and continuous improvement to help turn marketing activity into meaningful growth in new-patient inquiries and scheduled appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, strengthen provider visibility, and support patient acquisition across GCP markets.

  • Identify opportunities to expand market awareness, improve campaign performance, and support the growth of providers, practices, and service lines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Practice Operations, providers, and local leadership to translate business needs into actionable marketing plans.

Online Reputation & Provider Profile Management

  • Lead the ongoing management, accuracy, and optimization of provider profiles across Rater8, Rave, and other approved digital platforms.
  • Ensure provider biographies, specialties, credentials, practice locations, headshots, and scheduling links are accurate, complete, compelling, and up to date.
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes for profile updates, content approvals, quality assurance, and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Monitor patient reviews, ratings, and online reputation trends; coordinate timely, appropriate, and compliant responses with the relevant teams.
  • Identify recurring feedback themes and partner with Practice Operations and provider leadership to address reputation concerns and improve the patient experience.
  • Implement best practices that strengthen provider discoverability, profile engagement, and the overall digital experience for prospective patients.

Digital Marketing & Patient Growth

  • Coordinate website content, provider biographies, and digital marketing assets to improve search visibility, patient engagement, and access to scheduling.
  • Analyze provider profile performance, website traffic, digital inquiries, and other available engagement metrics to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with Practice Operations to strengthen the connection between digital engagement, patient inquiries, and scheduled appointments.
  • Identify underperforming providers, locations, or service lines and develop targeted recommendations to improve visibility and patient acquisition.
  • Support data-informed marketing initiatives that help prospective patients discover the right provider and take the next step in their care journey.

Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain monthly marketing dashboards, KPI reports, and performance scorecards that provide clear visibility into results.
  • Track key performance indicators, including provider profile views, review volume and growth, average ratings, response timeliness, profile completeness, and patient conversion metrics where measurable.
  • Prepare and present quarterly performance updates to leadership, highlighting progress, emerging trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations, targeted improvement plans, and strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Continuously evaluate marketing effectiveness, refine initiatives based on performance insights, and establish repeatable processes that support consistency and scalability.
