Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a firmwide rebrand initiative for a global law firm. This role will serve as the central project lead responsible for ensuring a seamless rebrand launch across all offices, practice groups, marketing channels, client-facing materials, and internal communications. Location is Boston, MA preferred but remote is possible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary project manager for the firm's global rebrand initiative.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.

  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and proactively resolve project challenges.

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Oversee quality control and brand compliance throughout the rollout process.

  • Partner with internal communications teams to develop employee engagement and change-management initiatives.

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.

  • Oversee the audit and conversion of marketing collateral, templates, presentations, proposals, email signatures, and promotional materials.

  • Establish processes for brand governance and ongoing compliance.

  • Ensure consistency across websites, microsites, client portals, and digital communication tools.

  • Monitor digital performance and user experience following launch.

  • Track project budgets, vendor expenditures, and resource allocation.

  • Develop executive reporting dashboards and presentation materials.

  • Measure project success through established KPIs and stakeholder feedback.

  • Provide post-launch analysis and recommendations for continuous brand adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of marketing project management experience.

  • Experience leading large-scale marketing, branding, or corporate communications initiatives.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience across executive, operational, and client-facing teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience working in a law firm, professional services, consulting, accounting, or financial services environment a plus.

  • Experience managing corporate rebranding or brand transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with website launches, CMS platforms, and digital marketing channels.

  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification a plus.

The Compensation range for this role is 85,000 to 105,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
