Marketing Project Manager (Remote - Bilingual: English/Spanish)

Project Manager / Traffic Manager (Remote) Location: Remote (Worldwide) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET Compensation: USD $1,500/$2,000/month (Depending on Experience) About the Role This is not a role where you'll simply update task boards or chase deadlines. This is the operational heartbeat of our creative team. You'll own project execution from kickoff to delivery, ensuring every designer, writer, video editor, and stakeholder knows exactly what needs to happen next. You'll become the central point of coordination between leadership and the creative team, ensuring projects move efficiently, communication stays clear, and nothing slips through the cracks. Your ability to create order directly impacts our team's productivity and our clients' success. What You'll Actually Do Own Project Delivery Manage projects from kickoff through final delivery while ensuring every milestone is completed on schedule. Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with writers, designers, video editors, developers, and leadership to keep projects moving efficiently. Manage Priorities & Deadlines Balance multiple projects simultaneously while proactively adjusting priorities based on business needs. Project Management Ownership Maintain ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms with accurate tasks, timelines, statuses, documentation, and assignments. Communication & Reporting Provide daily project updates, communicate blockers early, and keep leadership informed on progress and priorities. Process Improvement Identify workflow bottlenecks, improve internal processes, and help build scalable systems that increase team efficiency. Expectations ✔ Manage multiple active projects simultaneously without missing deadlines. ✔ Maintain project boards, documentation, and production schedules with complete accuracy. ✔ Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they impact delivery. ✔ Communicate clearly with leadership and creative team members every day. ✔ Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before final completion. ✔ Keep project timelines organized while balancing changing priorities. ✔ Create a structured environment that allows creative professionals to perform at their highest level. ✔ Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and excellent follow-through in every project. Requirements ✔ 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Traffic Manager, Operations Coordinator, Account Manager, or similar role. ✔ Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. ✔ Proven experience with Marketing teams. ✔ Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✔ Bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory. ✔ Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira , or similar. ✔ Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office . ✔ Ability to prioritize independently without constant supervision. Nice to Have Experience supporting marketing, creative, or advertising teams. Familiarity with creative production workflows. Experience using Mailchimp. Basic understanding of video editing or creative production processes. Experience working with distributed remote teams. What Success Looks Like Projects consistently launch on schedule.
