What You’ll Do No two days look the same. You'll help bring Bohler's marketing strategy to life through a variety of initiatives, including: Planning and coordinating regional events, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns Partnering with our communications team in creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and case studies Developing brand messaging that resonates with clients and supports business growth Researching target markets, industry trends, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities Tracking campaign performance and using analytics to measure success and improve future initiatives (remove) Leveraging AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to streamline workflows, enhance content, and improve marketing effectiveness Collaborating with teammates across Marketing and Communications to execute integrated campaigns Supporting proposal development and marketing materials when needed We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, finding creative solutions, and continually improving how marketing gets done. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services, B2B, or AEC Proficient in InDesign Excellent writing and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A creative mindset backed by curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement What You Need To Know About Our Marketing Team At Bohler, marketing is collaborative, fast-paced, and constantly evolving. Pay Transparency Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
