Marketing Specialist

Job Description Implement effective marketing strategies and execution plans to achieve brand objectives with a strong understanding of consumer insights. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Product Development, Sales, Trade Marketing, Design, Procurement, and E-commerce, to successfully execute product launch plans and manage existing products. Lead small to medium-scale marketing campaigns and activities while supporting the Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager in coordinating with external partners such as agencies, business partners, production houses, and event organizers. Plan, monitor, and control marketing budgets effectively while making timely adjustments when necessary. Build brand awareness for new product launches and marketing campaigns, while monitoring campaign performance, product performance, and competitors' activities. Support the Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager in managing the brand portfolio, developing new products (NPD), and creating product concepts, strategies, and directions that align with business objectives. Analyze marketing campaign results and prepare comprehensive reports. Conduct market research and market analysis to stay updated on customer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Ensure branding consistency across all marketing channels and activities. Qualification Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or other related fields At least 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications Or related fields the position from Beauty or FMCG company Creative, energetic, result-driven, easy to adapt to changes, and good interpersonal skills.
