Job Description:

Our client is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee paid advertising, social media management, and broader digital marketing efforts for both a coding education business and a podcast brand. The ideal candidate will excel at generating qualified leads while optimizing advertising performance.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.

• Create and schedule social media content.

• Respond to social media engagement.

• Write newsletters and marketing emails.

• Track campaign analytics and prepare reports.

• Assist with SEO initiatives.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience with social media marketing.

• Strong copywriting skills.

• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign metrics.

• Ability to work independently for 10–20 hours per week.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO.

• Experience supporting small businesses or educational organizations.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
