Content & Narrative Lead

Global / Remote | Full-time

We’re hiring a Content & Narrative Lead at Caprae.

This role owns how we think, write, and show up publicly — across social, newsletters, email, and thought leadership. You’ll shape our voice, turn ideas into content that travels, and help ensure our brand is sharp, consistent, and culturally fluent.

This is a writing-first role. Fast-paced. Direct feedback. High standards.

What You’ll Own

Writing & Narrative

• Write and edit high-impact content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, and email
• Translate complex ideas (finance, growth, leadership) into clear, compelling writing
• Maintain a consistent, confident Caprae voice across all channels
• Ghostwrite emails and thought leadership as needed

Social & Distribution

• Own cross-platform distribution and repurposing strategy
• Understand what works where (format, tone, memes, timing)
• Track engagement signals and iterate quickly

Brand & Culture

• Protect and strengthen Caprae’s brand, tone, and positioning
• Ensure content feels native to the internet — not corporate
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients when needed

Newsletters & Email (Big Plus)

• Manage newsletters and nurture content
• Maintain strong email deliverability and list hygiene
• Understand sequencing, subject lines, and audience segmentation

Creative & Strategic Input

• Pitch content ideas, hooks, and narrative arcs
• Apply design taste to simple visuals, carousels, and memes (Canva/Figma)
• Stay current on trends in content, distribution, and automation

Nice-to-Haves

• Thought leadership or founder-brand experience
• Email deliverability and newsletter experience
• Background in finance, startups, or investing
• Light design skills (Canva, Figma)
