Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based Sales and Marketing Specialist role open to candidates across Pakistan and the UAE. The specialist will drive new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships within the real estate and architectural visualization sectors. Daily responsibilities include conducting client outreach, presenting studio services, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal creative teams to align offerings with client needs, and maintaining accurate records of client communications and project status. The specialist will contribute to market research, participate in sales meetings and training sessions, and help refine messaging and positioning to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Compensation is fully commission-based, with earnings tied directly to closed deals — an excellent opportunity for someone with an existing network in real estate to convert relationships into recurring income.

Qualifications

• An established network of contacts and relationships within the real estate and property development community — this is a key requirement for the role.
• Strong communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional business correspondence.
• Proven customer service experience, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Experience in training or coaching team members on sales processes, scripts, or client handling techniques.
• Sales management capabilities, such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and target-oriented planning.
• Familiarity with real estate, architecture, or creative services industries is highly beneficial.
• Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Ability to work remotely, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to cross-cultural client environments.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
