Marketing Specialist (Spanish Speaking) | 6-Month Contract

Salary: €50k - €60k

Location: Hybrid, Dublin

Contract: 6 Months Initially (Potential to extend)

Cpl Marketing is delighted to partner with a leading global organisation to recruit a Spanish-Speaking Marketing Operations Specialist for an initial 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional with strong operational, campaign management, and reporting experience to support a high-performing marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in marketing operations, event support, campaign execution, lead management, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and operational activities
• Manage and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and lead management processes.
• Support communications and campaign coordination with internal sales and marketing teams.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, attendee management, and post-event reporting.
• Create and distribute monthly newsletters and internal communications.
• Develop marketing assets and presentations using Canva and other marketing tools.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights using Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Support campaign tracking, reporting, and ongoing process improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Marketing Coordination, or a similar role.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong experience with Salesforce reporting, lead management, and campaign support.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, communications, and events.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign and performance data.
• Experience using Canva and other marketing tools to create marketing collateral.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

• Experience supporting regional or EMEA marketing teams.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Previous experience within a technology or multinational environment.
