Show job description

At Goodweek, we help businesses make the most of AI. Our platform brings leading AI models, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Mistral, together in one place, allowing employees to use the right AI tools for their tasks while keeping everything secure, controlled, and connected to the software they already use. By helping businesses manage AI more effectively, we enable them to save time, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

We work through our partners, including Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), who bring Goodweek’s platform to their own customers.

Our international team is based across France, Spain, and the United States, and our vision is backed by six international investment funds.

The role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of our field marketing activities (trade shows and international events), paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads and budget management), visual design and branding, and content localization across our target markets.

You will be part of a growing team where you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we present our brand and reach new audiences. We’re looking for a hands-on and versatile person who enjoys both developing ideas and putting them into practice. You should be comfortable moving between planning marketing initiatives and managing their day-to-day execution, from creating visuals to coordinating events and running campaigns.

Tasks

Trade Shows & Events

  • Plan and coordinate Goodweek’s participation in international trade shows and industry events.

  • Manage all event logistics and visual branding, including booth design, signage, branded merchandise, localized brochures, interactive activities, and contests.

  • Coordinate external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Organise networking events, partner meetups, and cocktail receptions alongside major industry events.

  • Represent Goodweek on-site, engaging with prospects, partners, and industry professionals.

Localisation, Multilingual Adaptation & Content Rollout

  • Manage the localization and adaptation of marketing materials across Goodweek’s target markets.

  • Develop scalable processes to roll out localized content efficiently, using multilingual templates and automated asset creation where possible.

  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain high-quality standards across all translated and adapted content before publication.

Digital Acquisition & Budget Management

  • Develop and execute paid acquisition campaigns for each target market using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Manage the overall acquisition budget and continuously optimize cost per lead (CPL) and marketing-qualified lead (MQL) generation across regions.

  • Define KPIs, track campaign ROI, and prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards.

  • Create, optimise, and A/B test localized landing pages and conversion forms to improve campaign performance.

Marketing Automation & Workflow Optimisation

  • Create automated lead follow-ups, including multilingual emails within 48 hours after events.

  • Scale global communication workflows and develop modular email templates that can be adapted across markets.

  • Automate repetitive marketing tasks and improve the efficiency of campaign execution.

Brand, Design & Content Production

  • Create visual assets for the business, including advertising banners, infographics, print materials, and event signage.

  • Support organic LinkedIn growth by developing engaging post formats, carousels, key takeaways, and live event coverage.

  • Create and coordinate high-value marketing content, including customer case studies, blog articles, and lead-generation materials such as use cases and customer testimonials.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and either Spanish or French.

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or communications, ideally with initial experience in an international environment.

  • Advanced experience in design tools such as Canva.

  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple countries, particularly LinkedIn Ads, and working with marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing multilingual marketing assets across different markets.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly, and reprioritize when needed.

  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a hands-on approach to execution.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for meeting and engaging with international prospects and partners at trade shows and industry events.

Benefits

  • Health insurance provided by the employer

  • Meal vouchers and transportation cost reimbursement (50%)

  • Flexible working hours

  • Hybrid remote work

  • Daily use of English through close collaboration with teams in the US and Spain
