Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist at Relin. sa Relin is a Saudi brand specialized in premium fabric sprays, known for high-quality, long-lasting fragrances, and operating within a fast-growing e-commerce environment. We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and creative Marketing Specialist. 📍 Location: Remote (based in Egypt ) Responsibilities : Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms Manage tasks and workflows using tools like ClickUp or Notion Turn insights into actions using tools like GA4 , Hotjar , and Clarity Monitor KPIs and continuously improve conversion rates, engagement, and sales Lead creative direction, content calendars, and asset planning with in-house teams Collaborate with performance marketing teams across Snapchat , Meta , Google , and more Ensure campaign readiness across e-commerce platforms ( Zid & Salla ): inventory, pricing, UX, and discount codes Proactive, solution-oriented, and growth-focused Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools Prior experience in retail or e-commerce (in-house or agency) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies Dynamic, startup-style culture Fast-growing company environment Collaborative and creative work environment High ownership and decision-making authority Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Career growth opportunities and potential for leadership roles
