Gen Z and young consumers come to us to discover new spots, earn rewards, and share what they're eating with their friends. The role We're hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist who can be handed any brief, across any function, and just run with it. This isn't a specialist role. It's for someone who's done real time across offline, digital, and commercial marketing, and can figure out what needs to happen to hit a target. What You'll Be Doing Own marketing campaigns end-to-end, from business objectives to execution and measurable results. Build go-to-market (GTM) plans for new feature launches, campaigns, and strategic partnerships. Execute hands-on digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels. Review and provide actionable feedback on content and creative assets to improve quality before launch. Build, analyze, and interpret marketing performance dashboards to drive data-informed decisions. Collaborate closely with the Growth and CVM teams on retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Plan and execute offline and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities when required. Challenge ideas that don't align with business goals and proactively propose stronger alternatives. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of marketing experience with exposure across multiple marketing functions. Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing with the ability to discuss campaigns in depth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to build marketing plans, interpret data, and make informed decisions. Experience supporting offline and BTL marketing activities and willingness to be involved in on-ground execution. Strong eye for content and design, with the ability to provide constructive creative feedback. Fluent in both Arabic and English , with a solid understanding of the Saudi market. Self-driven, eager to learn, and takes ownership without requiring constant direction.
