The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (B2B) who will play a key role in supporting Postmedia’s SMB and National Agency marketing priorities. Working closely with the Content Marketing Specialist, Graphic Artist, Sales, and other stakeholders, you will help bring the Postmedia Solutions brand and go-to-market strategy to life across our owned digital channels, websites, social media platforms, and lead generation campaigns.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who understands how to take core content and transform it into targeted, multi-channel marketing assets that drive awareness, engagement, and demand. You will be responsible for distributing content created by the Content Marketing Specialist, developing social strategies and posts, creating lead magnets, and building website and landing page content that supports business growth across SMB and National Agency audiences.

- Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and execute marketing plans that support SMB and National Agency sales priorities.
- Translate long-form content into engaging “liquid content” for different platforms, audiences, and stages of the buyer journey.
- Create compelling social media content, lead magnets, website pages, and landing pages.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand how to distribute and promote content across websites, social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Use performance insights to optimize content, campaigns, and channel strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market, competition, trends, and customer needs.
What you’ll do:
- Support the execution of marketing strategies for Postmedia’s SMB and National Agency business.
- Distribute content created by the Content Marketing Specialist across Postmedia websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and other owned channels.
- Work with the Content Marketing Specialist and Graphic Artist to turn blog posts and long-form content into liquid content such as social posts, short-form copy, infographics, downloadable assets, email content, and promotional materials.
- Develop and manage social media strategy and posting schedules for assigned business areas.
- Create and publish social media content that supports awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Build lead magnets such as guides, checklists, tip sheets, one-pagers, and other downloadable resources.
- Create and update website pages and landing pages that support marketing campaigns, product priorities, and sales initiatives.
- Ensure website and landing page content is clear, compelling, accurate, and optimized for conversion.
- Partner with Sales to understand campaign needs, client priorities, and market opportunities.
- Maintain and apply SEO/AEO/GEO best practices to website, landing page, and campaign content.
- Support the execution of content calendars in alignment with strategic direction.
- Ensure all marketing content is on brand and in the proper tone of voice for the target audience.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign, content, website, landing page, and social media performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve content distribution, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Work within the Postmedia toolset: HubSpot, SEMRush, social publishing tools, WordPress.
Who you are:
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related field.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in media, advertising, digital marketing, or agency environments.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content adaptation skills.
- Experience creating social media content and managing social posting schedules.
- Experience building or supporting website pages, landing pages, lead magnets, and digital campaign assets.
- Ability to turn long-form content into multiple short-form assets for different channels and audiences.
- Self-starter attitude with excellent time management and project prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with creative, sales, and cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric with a solid understanding of analytics and campaign performance.
- Ability to work with AI platforms and marketing technology tools.
Compensation:
Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
