Visit our Institutional Page About the Role As a Marketing Specialist, you will help grow Nubank's PJ segment through integrated campaigns, performance analysis and optimizations, and a strong cross-functional execution. You will be the driving force behind our brand touchpoints, ensuring our strategic goals, as well as product features and benefits, reach customers in a clear and impactful way. You will work at the intersection of Product, Content, and different external and internal partners to transform business objectives into delightful communications. You’ll be Responsible for Campaigns: Act as a key contributor in major product launches, ensuring that product narratives are perfectly integrated into the overall campaign concept. Bottom-funnel optimization: Coordinate the PJ bottom-funnel workstream, including testing, budget optimization, and creative performance improvements focused on generating incremental releases. Content & Narrative Guardianship: Brief the content team and internal channels, ensuring all creative assets are aligned with the brand tone of voice and business objectives. Internal and External Partners Management: Manage the end-to-end flow with cross functional teams and external partners, ensuring creative excellence, budget efficiency, and timely delivery. Measurement & Success Metrics: Define success metrics, monitor performance funnels, build reports and use data insights to discuss and redefine marketing tactics whenever necessary. What We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions Languages : Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory. Autonomy & Initiative: You are able to execute tasks independently and lead projects with defined scopes. You thrive when given room for independent decision-making, while knowing when to seek managerial support for highly complex or critical scenarios. Problem Solving: Ability to navigate challenging and sometimes ambiguous scenarios involving multiple stakeholders, conducting trade-off analyses to derive clear solutions. Analytical Ability: Competence in analyzing structured data from multiple sources (dashboards, surveys) to generate insights that inform team decisions and short-term plans. Strategic Alignment: Ability to articulate how your current work contributes to quarterly goals and milestones, balancing immediate deliverables with upcoming dependencies. Communication & Influence: Skill in communicating ideas logically and concisely, adapting your communication style to different audiences and stakeholders, and influencing them to drive alignment and action.
