Marketing Specialist at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design and manage AI-enabled workflows for enterprise production, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality material. This is a unique opportunity for a marketing expert to make a direct impact on pipeline generation and brand visibility, helping build the future of the enterprise. You'll design and scale AI-powered workflows, own the end-to-end request process, and work at the intersection of cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

- Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.

- Manage production projects from request through delivery.

- Build and maintain automations and integrations for adjacent workflows such as surveys and content audits using AI and no-code tools.

- Maintain workflow documentation, version control, and brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing projects.

- 1+ year of hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.

- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- 1+ year of experience supporting cross-functional business initiatives.

- 1+ year of experience with no-code or low-code tools.

- Experience in B2B or tech marketing roles.
