This role serves as the primary marketing liaison to the Fraternal Division, ensuring fraternal initiatives are translated into compelling, market ready campaigns and go to market strategies that support brand differentiation, member engagement, and sales enablement. We are looking for someone to: Partner closely with the Fraternal Division to develop integrated marketing strategies that promote member extras, fraternal programs, community involvement, and sponsorships. Lead go to market planning and execution for initiatives designed to activate and increase awareness, understanding, and use of WoodmenLife member extras. Translate fraternal priorities into clear messaging frameworks, campaign plans, and activation strategies aligned to brand guidelines. Collaborate with Public Relations, Communications, and Social Media to develop marketing campaigns that highlight WoodmenLife’s fraternal impact and community involvement as key brand and sales differentiators. Partner with distribution to develop and execute sales enablement strategies, tools, and resources that help producers understand and activate fraternal value in their sales efforts. Collaborate with internal marketing teams (brand, PR, content, CX, digital, web, and sales training and enablement) to ensure fraternal initiatives are integrated into enterprise initiatives and campaigns. Serve as the strategic connector between Marketing, Fraternal, and Sales teams to ensure fraternal initiatives are clearly positioned and supported in member and sales communications. Support measurement and reporting of fraternal marketing efforts, helping assess effectiveness and inform future strategy. Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards and receive required Legal and Compliance approvals prior to launch; maintain documentation and version control. Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality in accordance with the expectations established by your supervisor and WoodmenLife policy. Performs other duties as assigned by management. We need someone who has: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product development, or integrated marketing. Demonstrated experience developing audience strategies, messaging, and content for consumer and B2B partner channels. Experience developing gotomarket strategies and managing crossfunctional partnerships. Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and campaign activation. Proven ability to translate complex programs or offerings into clear, compelling marketing narratives. Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills. Strong project management skills, including vendor/agency management and coordination across internal partners. Ability to craft effective prompts for AI systems to optimize outputs and improve efficiency in task execution. Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and ability to leverage them for workflow automation and decision support. Understanding of ethical AI principles, data privacy considerations, and compliance standards to ensure responsible use of AI technologies. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performing team; excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
