Role

What You'll Do As our Marketing Support, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns and supporting business growth by:

• Supporting the execution of B2B lead generation and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating the promotion of conferences, events, webinars, and industry communities.
• Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience communications.
• Supporting content creation across social media, digital channels, and marketing collateral.
• Assisting with Google Ads campaigns and monitoring campaign performance.
• Using HubSpot and Apollo.io to manage CRM data, campaign tracking, lead generation, and marketing workflows.
• Assisting with website updates and maintaining marketing assets.
• Tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  
  

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in a Marketing Support, Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing, lead generation, or demand generation campaigns.
• Experience promoting conferences, events, webinars, or sponsorship programs.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo.io, Google Ads, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence working independently while collaborating across teams.
• A passion for digital marketing, events, and continuous learning.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, Wix, or other content management tools.
• Experience working with international or B2B audiences.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign optimisation.
