If so, we're looking for a Marketing Technology & Measurement Lead to join our team on the journey to success! What You’ll do: Own and continuously improve the marketing technology and measurement ecosystem across Bulgaria, Romania and Greece. Lead the implementation , maintenance and validation of web and mobile tracking across customer journeys. Manage and optimize tracking technologies including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Meta, TikTok and other marketing platforms. Define technical requirements and collaborate with Product, Development and Data teams to ensure reliable measurement solutions. Test, validate and troubleshoot tracking implementations, SDKs, pixels, APIs and attribution tools. Establish tracking standards , governance and documentation to ensure consistency across platforms and markets. Analyze marketing and customer journey data , translating insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Growth and Product teams. Ensure measurement solutions comply with privacy, consent and data governance requirements. Monitor platform health , identify tracking gaps and recommend improvements to the marketing technology stack. Act as the key Marketing partner for technical measurement topics, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. What you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or another relevant field. 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Analytics, Marketing Measurement, Product Analytics or a similar role. Experience in banking, fintech, e-commerce, telecommunications or another digital business will be considered an advantage. Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of web and mobile tracking, attribution, event-based measurement and customer journey analytics. Experience implementing and testing pixels, SDKs, APIs and tracking solutions. Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and collaborate effectively with Development and Product teams. Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or similar. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify data issues and turn insights into business recommendations. Good understanding of privacy, consent and data governance principles related to digital measurement. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluency in English. Experience in banking, fintech, e-commerce, telecommunications or another digital business will be considered an advantage.
