Marketing & Training Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Training Manager to lead marketing and distributor education for the Turkish market. This role brings marketing and training under one point of ownership, ensuring brand strategy and distributor development work hand in hand to support business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing and branding skills with training and people-development experience, and is comfortable coordinating a small team as well as the planning behind larger company conferences and gatherings. Develop and execute localized marketing and branding strategies for the Turkish market, ensuring alignment with company strategy, brand positioning, and local business priorities. Implement and localize the training and education system developed by China HQ, ensuring that global training standards, programmes, tools, and key initiatives are effectively adopted in the Turkish market. Design, deliver, and continuously improve distributor education and training programmes, including new distributor onboarding, product knowledge, business skills, leadership development, and distributor duplication systems. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, distributor promotions, product launches, and market activation activities to increase brand awareness, distributor engagement, customer acquisition, and sales growth. Lead the planning and delivery of major company conferences, distributor conventions, recognition events, incentive activities, product events, and training seminars, ensuring strong integration of business, marketing, and education objectives. Develop and manage the annual Marketing, Training & Events budget, including budget planning, cost control, supplier management, event expenditure, and regular monitoring to ensure effective use of resources and measurable business impact. Act as a confident company representative, trainer, moderator, and public speaker at distributor trainings, business presentations, conferences, recognition events, and other key company gatherings. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, marketing campaigns, and events through relevant KPIs, distributor feedback, participation, engagement, and business results, and continuously improve future programmes. Collaborate closely with the Country Manager, Sales, Product, Customer Service and other cross-functional teams, as well as China HQ, to ensure that Marketing, Training and Events directly support the company's overall business strategy and sustainable market growth. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or equivalent education. Experienced professional with at least 5 years of work experience in marketing and training, ideally within network marketing, direct selling, or a related industry. Prior experience designing or delivering training or educational programmes, with the ability to coach and develop others; strong in public speaking. Extensive knowledge of the local market and the ability to adapt marketing and training content to local audiences. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple activities and programmes from planning through execution. Excellent speaking and writing skills in Turkish and English. Comfortable and conveniently located central office workspace.
