For this role, you would be joining the Hole.io team: we are leaving the hypercasual era behind, and building a brand through top-notch quality and polish, including in our creatives. Role Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools) Profile Fully proficient with video editing and content creation Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity Familiar with building AI scenarios and prompting Good understanding of benchmarking Creative and have a hacker mindset Understand how your creations drive marketing performance Fluent in English, both oral and written At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual Benefits Competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in.
