Marketing Video Producer / Motion Designer

Job Description This is a remote position. You take a locked script and turn it into a four-minute video that holds up next to Linear's product reel or an Apple keynote. You own the pipeline: storyboard, motion graphics with 3D depth, animated product UI, spokesperson cuts against narrator VO, typography and color decisions across the cut. We ship one to four long-form videos a month plus the short-form cutdowns. Customers see this work in product launches, sales decks, and paid campaigns. What you'll do Take a locked script, storyboard the cut, then build it in After Effects Animate screen captures of our platform with depth, parallax, and kinetic typography that matches the script's pacing Design 3D motion graphics in C4D, Blender, or Element 3D, then composite them into the AE timeline Edit spokesperson interviews and narrator VO against B-roll in Premiere or Resolve, then carry the cut into the motion pass Own the type, color, and timing decisions across the video. No template kits, no Envato presets. Ship one to four hero videos a month plus the short-form cutdowns for paid social and product launches Mix the audio so the VO sits forward and the music holds underneath Requirements What we're looking for Experience producing long-form marketing video end-to-end, with a reel that proves the range Advanced After Effects: expressions, shape layers, and strong command of the camera and 3D layers Working fluency in one 3D tool, C4D, Blender, or Element 3D, plus the judgment to know when 3D belongs in a cut and when it doesn't Edit instincts that hold across a five-minute video. Pacing, music sync, cutting around a stiff VO take. Type and color taste you can defend. Show us a frame and walk us through why it works. Comfort animating product UI: zooms, scrolls, hover states, callouts that read at 1080p and on a phone screen Self-direction. You take a script and come back with a storyboard, not a list of questions. Bonus points You've shipped video for a B2B SaaS or dev tool brand and the work didn't look like B2B SaaS Cinema 4D or Blender work in your reel that you built from scratch You've directed a spokesperson shoot or run a remote VO session You do your own sound design, or you have a sound designer you bring with you
