They specialize in serious injury cases such as vehicle accidents and catastrophic injuries, with over 35 years of experience and more than $100 million recovered for clients.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide remote support to the marketing team by assisting with various tasks related to digital marketing, lead management, and content creation. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling marketing campaigns, managing leads, and creating engaging content to support the company’s marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management
- Handle and organize leads, including entering data into CRM systems, following up with potential clients, and assisting with lead nurturing activities
- Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
- Content & Social Media
- Develop and schedule content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Help maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms, ensuring alignment with the firm's tone, visual identity, and messaging.
- Manage and schedule posts across relevant social media platforms. Monitor comments and messages, identify opportunities for engagement, and help grow the firm's visibility and engagement within its target communities.
- Research & Analytics
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and potential markets to support the marketing strategy.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Administrative & Customer Support:
- Assist with scheduling, organizing marketing materials, and coordinating meetings or events as needed, including planning community or client engagement events..
- Respond to inquiries on social media platforms and email, providing information and support to potential and existing clients.
- Handle additional tasks as needed to support the marketing team, including administrative and research-related activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, ideally within a law firm, legal services company, or other professional services business.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with CRM, case management, or lead management systems (e.g., CloudLex, LOOP, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit content across platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Wix.
- Knowledge of branding, lead generation, customer engagement strategies, and marketing analytics/reporting tools.
- Experience planning and managing events is a plus.
- Digital marketing or social media management certifications are a plus, but not required.
- Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
- Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding.
Working Hours:
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time
Pay: $800 + $55 Allowance per month
