Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and changes, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
Facilitate project meetings, executive updates, workshops, and cross‑functional working sessions.
Monitor vendor performance and contractual commitments, including deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Provide clear, decision‑oriented reporting on project status, schedule, budget, risks, and upcoming milestones.
Maintain effective project documentation and governance while building strong client relationships.
Forecast resource needs, maintain resource plans, and support accurate project financial tracking.
You’re likely a great fit if you:
Have experience coordinating complex, cross‑functional technology or operational implementations.
Communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and field personnel.
Can identify emerging challenges, develop practical solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
Serve as a strong connector between business, operational, and technical teams.
Work well independently and maintain momentum in dynamic environments with evolving information.
Collaborate effectively in hybrid, virtual, and distributed team settings.
