About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Martech Transformation Lead to lead Salesforce-based digital transformation initiatives for some of Portugal's most recognized brands across retail, financial services, hospitality, and FMCG. This role combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, delivery leadership, and business development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Salesforce Marketing ecosystem, with hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions across: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) Agentforce Journey Builder Automation Studio Contact Builder Intelligence Reports Salesforce CRM integrations Omnichannel customer engagement The successful candidate will act as the senior Martech advisor for clients while managing internal delivery teams and supporting business growth within our Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate is: A role model for both clients and internal teams, leading by example and demonstrating excellence in delivery. A proven S alesforce Martech expert , with a track record of successful Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and AI transformation projects. An organized and structured professional, capable of managing multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. A strong team player who thrives in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments. A technology enthusiast who stays ahead of Salesforce innovations and emerging Martech trends. Certifications (Mandatory) Candidates must hold active Salesforce certifications, preferably including: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Additional certifications considered highly valuable: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce AI Associate Agentforce Specialist Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Business Analyst What Will Make You Stand Out: Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Experience building Customer 360 strategies using Data Cloud. Experience designing AI-powered use cases with Agentforce. Previous consulting experience within Digital Transformation, CRM or Martech practices. Experience managing Salesforce partnerships and strategic client relationships. Ability to identify business opportunities and support pre-sales activities.
