Über die Stelle
Als Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Produktion am Standort Hilden bei der Herstellung hochwertiger Produkte unter Reinraumbedingungen. In dieser Rolle bedienst und überwachst du moderne halb- und vollautomatische Produktionsanlagen und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards. Du arbeitest in einem engagierten Team, stellst einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher und unterstützt aktiv bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse.
Deine Aufgaben
- Bedienen, Rüsten und Überwachen von halb- und vollautomatischen Assemblierungs- und Beschichtungsanlagen im Reinraum
- Durchführen von Reinigungs-, Pflege- und Wartungsmaßnahmen an Produktionsanlagen und Arbeitsplätzen gemäß TPM- und 6S-Standards
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von GMP-Richtlinien sowie Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Bedienen, Kalibrieren und Prüfen von Messequipment zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
- Durchführen und Dokumentieren von Inprozesskontrollen gemäß geltenden Arbeitsanweisungen
- Dokumentation produktionsrelevanter Daten und Abweichungen in den vorgesehenen Systemen
- Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung und dem Training neuer Mitarbeitender
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische oder gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Bedienung automatisierter Produktionsanlagen in einem industriellen Umfeld
- Erste Kenntnisse im GMP-regulierten Produktionsumfeld sind von Vorteil
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System sowie gelegentlichen Samstagsarbeit
- Teamfähigkeit, hohe Qualitätsorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
