At Unateus, we are building high-performing call center teams across Africa.

We're looking for a recruiter who enjoys fast-paced hiring and knows how to keep a steady flow of candidates moving through the recruitment process.

This role is focused on high-volume recruitment.

You won't be hiring executives.

You'll be hiring call center operators quickly, consistently and with quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruit call center operators across Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations.
• Track recruitment KPIs and hiring progress.
• Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has recruitment experience (mass hiring is a strong advantage).
• Enjoys communicating with people every day.
• Is organized and follows through.
• Can manage multiple vacancies at the same time.
• Is comfortable working with recruitment targets.
• Takes ownership instead of making excuses.

Experience in recruiting for call centers, customer service, retail, hospitality, logistics or other high-volume operational roles is highly valued.
