About this Position

As a Master Data Quality Specialist (Packaging), you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of packaging data that supports our global operations, supply chain, sustainability initiatives, and business decision-making. High-quality packaging data is essential to delivering compliant products, enabling efficient processes, and supporting strategic goals, making this role a critical partner to teams across the organization.
You will join a collaborative and international environment, working closely with business, packaging, regulatory, and data management stakeholders across regions. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement by enhancing data quality standards, supporting sustainability-related initiatives, and identifying smarter ways of working through process optimization and automation. Success in this position comes from combining analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder collaboration to help ensure trusted data throughout the product lifecycle.

What you´ll do

• Maintain and improve packaging master data quality across SAP, IPAS, and related systems.
• Perform packaging data analysis, validation, correction, and reporting activities; Support Packaging Bill of Materials (Z-BOM), Unit of Measure (UoM), stackability, and packaging specification maintenance
• Manage and resolve packaging data quality issues through root-cause analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Support sustainability and regulatory packaging data initiatives, such as packaging Translucency, label coverage, recycled content, Carbon Black Free, and other material-related attributes
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and insights to support business decision-making and continuous improvement
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure data consistency, compliance, and process alignment
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and reporting enhancements
• Support training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new packaging data processes and tools

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Packaging Technology, Sustainability, or any related field
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Shared Services, FMCG, Supply Chain, Packaging, Master Data, Data Management, or related business operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is required; advanced Excel skills are an advantage
• Experience with SAP, particularly Material Master Data, SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP PP (Production Planning), is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
• Strong communication, presentation, and business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders and build productive working relationships
• Proactive and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive solutions, and adapt to evolving business processes, tools, and requirements
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati
