Reporting to the Materials Resource Planning Manager, this position will ensure robust execution of MRP across the execution and operational horizon by translating demand and supply plans into executable purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and replenishment signals, while managing exceptions to safeguard material OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory health, and working capital targets. Responsibilities: • Define and translate raw and pack (R&P) needs across execution and operational horizons to ensure uninterrupted material availability at supply points. • Execute automated MRP runs, analyze outputs, and manage Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), and rescheduling actions in line with approved plans. • Manage PO creation flow ownership, ensuring timely placement within execution horizons • Balance inventory, capacity, and replenishment parameters to meet working capital and service level targets • Execute and maintain replenishment strategies and planning parameters (lot size, safety stock, lead times, reorder point) as per defined polices • Contribute to annual and quarterly R&P inventory planning exercises in aligned with Strategic Material Planning team • Monitor and manage MRP exceptions (shortages, delays, excess) in collaboration with Plant Materials Coordinator and initiate corrective actions • Review supplier performance (delivery adherence, responsiveness) and highlight improvement opportunities in collaboration with Strategic Material Planning team and Enterprise Procurement • Ensure data accuracy and discipline in material masters, sourcing parameters, and planning inputs; flag master data issues to MRP Center of Excellence and DMO (Data Management Organization) team • Provide inputs to out of stock (OOS) risk management and allocation decisions based on material availability and constraints Qualifications: • Experience working within agentic-AI platforms (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field required. • 3-5 years of previous experience in material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and make sound decisions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work cross-functionally and with external suppliers. • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and system utilization. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to travel periodically and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure operational support and business continuity. #LI-SM1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-Associate Compensation Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
