Maydm is a Madison, WI-based nonprofit building a talent pipeline in science, technology, engineering, and math for girls and youth in grades 6–12. Through workshops, immersive summer programs, paid internships, and a credentialed AI pathway, we connect students directly to employers and real workforce opportunities. Creating access to STEM learning and career experience that too many students never get, so students can change the face of STEM. We seek enthusiastic applicants who believe the future of technology is brightened by the diverse young builders of tomorrow and those who work toward progress as a team. Candidates that will work best with us are those that come ready to learn and empathize with principles of youth development. |

We will only be accepting UW Work Study Students for this Role What We’re Looking For • Strong writing and storytelling instincts • Comfort with social media platforms and basic content creation/editing tools • Reliable, organized, and able to hit a monthly content cadence • A genuine interest in STEM equity and telling real stories about real students Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Basic photography and video capture, editing, and production skills Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp |
