MBA Diversity Fellowship 2026/2027 (ICR)
BcgWho We Are
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. Founded in 1963 as a pioneer in business strategy, BCG today supports clients in achieving total transformation—driving growth, building competitive advantage, and delivering bottom-line impact. We combine digital and human capabilities, bringing together diverse global teams with deep industry and functional expertise to inspire change. Through cutting-edge consulting, digital ventures, and a uniquely collaborative approach, we generate results that allow our clients - and our people - to thrive.
At BCG, we believe that diverse perspectives drive stronger outcomes. That’s why we are proud to launch the MBA Diversity Fellowship for the 2026–27 academic year - an initiative designed to support MBA students as they explore a career in consulting.
Launched in 2019, the Fellowship offers talented students access to mentorship, meaningful connections, and support with interview preparation. The program is open to eligible MBA candidates from a select group of leading European business schools: IESE, ESADE, IE, INSEAD, HEC Paris, London Business School, Cambridge Judge, and Oxford Saïd.
Fellows will receive dedicated support from a BCG consultant mentor. This mentorship includes a virtual coffee chat, a CV review, and at least one mock interview. In addition, Fellows will have the opportunity to connect with local recruiters to learn more about office-specific topics and career paths.
Beyond one-on-one support, the program also includes a virtual session on diversity at BCG, an in-person networking dinner, and continued guidance from the international campus recruiting team throughout the application and decision-making process.
The following BCG offices are participating in the 2026–27 Fellowship:
Athens, Budapest, Cairo, Casablanca, Istanbul, Lagos, London, Middle East (Dubai, Doha, Riyadh), Munich, Nairobi, Rome, Singapore, South America (Bogotá, Santiago, Lima, Buenos Aires), Spain (Madrid, Barcelona), Warsaw.
Please note that if you do not apply to this program or are not selected as a Fellow, you are still eligible to apply for our full time and summer internship (applications will open this fall).
Through the MBA Diversity Fellowship, we aim to empower outstanding individuals ad build an even more inclusive BCG. We look forward to meeting the next generation of diverse leaders.
