MDM Global Process Analyst

About the job You will play a key role in shaping and strengthening Opella’s master data landscape. You will help ensure that critical business data is accurate, consistent, secure and accessible across our global operations. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will contribute to data governance initiatives, support data-driven decision making and help unlock the strategic value of master data across the organization. Deliver actionable governance strategy within all master data domains for CHC ( Consumer HealthCare ) Oversee definition, gathering and analysis of KPIs by master data domain Review, Update and Evangelize consistency of master data management practices across all domains and local organizations Oversee activities performed by operational master data resources and provide guidelines for adoption Provide guidance on continuous data cleansing and oversee the application of such policies across the CHC organization and within local/central Master Data Maintenance Teams Deliver operational KPIs and comply with CHC policies and guidelines Participating in continuous improvement initiatives Align Business and Technical data strategy in accord with CHC strategic plan Main responsibilities Define, implement and continuously improve master data management and governance frameworks across global master data domains. Establish and monitor data quality metrics and key performance indicators to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance. Provide guidance and oversight to operational teams executing master data processes, promoting standardization and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain policies, procedures and stewardship practices that support sustainable data quality and accessibility. Partner with business leaders, technology teams and data stakeholders to align master data initiatives with business needs. Collaborate with Information Security and compliance teams to ensure data protection, privacy and regulatory requirements are met. Analyze master data trends and performance, translating findings into insights that create measurable business value. About you Experience in master data management, data governance, data quality or related data disciplines within a complex or global environment. Ability to design and implement governance frameworks, standards and cross-functional data processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights. Knowledge of master data management or data governance tools and familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and functions. Degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
