Show job description

DEPLOY is building an international Master Data Management (MDM) Support Team. We are looking for organised, proactive colleagues who can help our clients improve the quality of their data and keep information accurate, complete and up to date.

You will support international client projects through a combination of data processing, data cleaning and communication with suppliers and internal teams. Along the way, you will gain practical experience in consultancy and explore how data and AI can support better ways of working.

What will you do?

Your work will involve collecting, checking and maintaining information from different sources. Depending on the assignment, you may contact suppliers to obtain missing details, clean existing records or support the day-to-day management of master data.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Collecting and processing information from Excel files, PDF documents, emails and client systems.
  • Checking data for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
  • Identifying duplicates, missing information and inconsistencies, and helping resolve them.
  • Contacting suppliers and internal teams by email and telephone.
  • Following up on outstanding requests and keeping clear records of progress and agreements.
  • Organising documentation and maintaining structured data records.
  • Referring technical or business questions to the responsible specialist.
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve recurring tasks through better processes, automation and AI.

Who are we looking for?

You work carefully and independently. You take initiative when information is missing, ask clear questions and follow through until an issue is resolved. You communicate constructively and know how to keep things moving while maintaining good working relationships.

You also:

  • Are available for 16–40 hours per week.
  • Are comfortable working with Excel and information from different sources.
  • Can communicate professionally in English.
  • Preferably speak German, Dutch or Polish.
  • Have an interest in data management, consultancy and AI.
  • Are willing to learn new tools and understand how our clients work.

Why join us?

You will help build an international support team and contribute to real client projects. You will develop practical skills in data management, data cleaning and stakeholder communication, while gaining insight into how organisations use data and AI to improve their operations. We are recruiting for assignments in Germany and the Netherlands. Depending on the assignment, some work may take place in Kiel or Nijmegen. The exact location, schedule and opportunities for remote working will be discussed.
