Mechanical Designer

Description

The selected candidate will join the design teams and contribute to the development of HVAC and mechanical systems projects in the civil and/or industrial sector, coordinating with architectural, structural and MEP design activities.

What You Will Do

• You will develop HVAC and mechanical systems projects and thermotechnical activities across the different design phases.
• You will be responsible for preparing Law 10 reports, energy analyses, calculations and the design of the main HVAC distribution systems.
• You will work with industry-specific software, particularly Edilclima (static and dynamic analysis).
• You will use Revit and HVAC design software.
• You will support the preparation of quantity take-offs and technical specifications.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical systems design.
• Knowledge of thermotechnics, Italian Law 10 requirements and energy analysis.
• Experience using Edilclima for static and dynamic analysis.
• Experience using Revit and HVAC software.
• Experience preparing quantity take-offs and technical specifications.
• Strong aptitude for teamwork and multidisciplinary coordination.
  
  

Location

Reggio Emilia, with the possibility of remote working.

Collaboration Type

A freelance collaboration with an independent professional is preferred.
