Mechanical Reviewer

What is your mission? We are looking for a Mechanical Reviewer to review, edit, and quality-check vehicle inspection reports, photographs, and video documentation before delivery to clients. This role is responsible for inspection report review, vehicle assessment validation, quality assurance, technical documentation editing, customer support, and collaboration with inspectors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure accurate and professional reporting. You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: Review, edit, and upload vehicle inspection reports, including written findings, photographs, and video documentation. Verify the accuracy, completeness, and quality of inspection reports before delivery to clients. Ensure proper use of automotive terminology, technical descriptions, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall report presentation. Evaluate inspection findings using knowledge of classic and modern vehicles. Review supporting photos and videos to validate inspection results and documentation quality. Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, technicians, vendors, and internal teams through phone, email, and messaging platforms. Respond to customer and operational inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide phone and email support to field inspectors and technicians regarding report-related concerns. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage assigned workloads effectively while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Maintain ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and report reviews. Support administrative, operational, and special projects assigned by management. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards. Who are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered. Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably within a virtual call centre, remote support, BPO, or customer-facing environment. Experience in automotive inspection, automotive service, automotive repair, or a related automotive industry role. Strong knowledge of classic vehicles, modern vehicles, automotive systems, and vehicle inspection processes. Experience reviewing technical documentation, inspection reports, quality reviews, or automotive assessment findings is highly preferred. Proficiency in reviewing written reports, photographs, and video documentation for accuracy and completeness. Must have access to a reliable personal computer or laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong customer service, relationship management, and stakeholder communication abilities. Exceptional proofreading, editing, report-review, and quality assurance skills. Strong organisational, time management, and workload prioritisation skills. Ability to communicate effectively through email, messaging platforms, and telephone support channels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical guidance and solutions. Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
