We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Microsoft MECM/SCCM/Intune Customer Engineer to serve as a trusted consultant and technical advisor for customers. In this role, you will design, assess, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, and Intune environments while helping customers achieve their endpoint management goals. You will partner directly with technical teams and customer leadership to deliver practical guidance, reliable solutions, and measurable outcomes. This is a bilingual English role.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers as a consultant, technical advisor, and trusted infrastructure expert.
• Design, deploy, review, and assess the health of MECM/SCCM infrastructure and client environments.
• Upgrade, update, maintain, and troubleshoot SCCM hierarchy components.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across MECM/SCCM infrastructure, clients, software updates, task sequences, and related endpoint management services.
• Tune and optimize SCCM environments for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Assist customers with reporting needs using SCCM reporting capabilities, SSRS, and/or Power BI.
• Support setup, configuration, planning, and troubleshooting of SCCM Co-Management with Intune.
• Assist in planning, reviewing, and troubleshooting Software Updates features.
• Assist in planning, reviewing, and troubleshooting Task Sequences for operating system deployment and upgrades.
• Provide customer training across SCCM/MECM capabilities to support adoption, knowledge transfer, and customer success.
• Present technical recommendations, assessments, findings, and solutions to multiple levels of customer leadership.
• Act as a consultant and architect across multiple customer environments, balancing technical depth with customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a deep technical expert, technology owner, or consultant for MECM/SCCM.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, and Intune.
• Ability to consult with customers, assess complex environments, and recommend practical infrastructure improvements.
• Ability to present clearly and confidently to technical teams, stakeholders, and customer leadership.
• Broad knowledge across multiple endpoint management and infrastructure scenarios, with deep expertise in at least three of the following:
  • Windows desktop/server management using MECM/SCCMSQL Server,
  • Active Directory,
  • certificates, IIS, DNS/networking, and security
  • Package and application creation
  • Desktop operating system upgrades using multiple approaches
  • Intune and Co-Management
  • SSRS reporting and/or Power BIPowerShell scripting
• Broad knowledge of MECM capabilities, with deep understanding of at least four of the following:
  • Infrastructure design, deployment, upgrades, maintenance, health, tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Windows desktop upgrades
  • Software updates
  • Compliance
  • Software distribution
  • Security
  • Intune
  • SQL Server
  • Report development
  • Network troubleshooting, including DNS Active Directory
• Experience with IIS and related infrastructure components.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL Profiler, PowerShell, and Process Monitor.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, consulting, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
