Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Media Buyer at AshAsh. The Media Buyer will plan, execute, and optimize digital and traditional media campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and conversion across global markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying target audiences, negotiating with media vendors, and managing budgets across channels such as social media, search, display, and other paid platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to develop media strategies, test new placements, and refine messaging based on data-driven insights. The Media Buyer is expected to maintain clear documentation of campaigns, report regularly on results, and continuously explore new opportunities to expand reach and improve return on ad spend.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Buying skills, including experience managing budgets and negotiating placements.
• Candidates should possess Media Strategy and Analytical Skills to design data-driven campaigns, interpret performance metrics, and optimize for key outcomes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with external partners, and present campaign insights clearly.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic tools) and tracking solutions (e.g., pixels, UTMs, analytics platforms) is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across markets and time zones are important.
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or global brands is an advantage, as is familiarity with international audiences and compliance considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
