Farid Academy is looking for a Media Buyer to join our growing EdTech team and take ownership of paid advertising campaigns that drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and business growth.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Track the full customer acquisition funnel and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets efficiently.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate results to management.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve acquisition costs and conversion rates.
✅ Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Media Buying / Paid Advertising.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital acquisition.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, and CAC.
- Experience with campaign tracking, pixels, events, and conversion tracking.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or online courses is a strong plus.
