About Raging AgencyRaging Agency is a wellness-focused performance marketing agency serving high-ticket businesses such as med spas, longevity centers, aesthetics and recovery practices, and manufacturers of wellness devices. The team runs Meta-first and Google paid campaigns, and clients judge the work by qualified booked appointments and revenue—not impressions alone.Raging’s flagship Growth Partner Plan is built around tracked campaign performance rather than a traditional fixed monthly retainer. That means the client relationship is commercial and outcome-driven: you need to understand the numbers, explain them clearly, and help the client act on what they show.
The role in one sentence: Alex owns sales and the broader vision; you own the day-to-day client relationship, campaign performance, communication, and follow-through for your book.
What you will own1. Client success and account ownership- Become the trusted, proactive point of accountability for each assigned client.
- Run onboarding Zoom calls, set expectations, map the first 30/60/90 days, and confirm access, billing method, scope, and reporting cadence in writing.
- Maintain a weekly written touchpoint and the scheduled monthly live client call for every active account.
- Communicate through the shared inbox, email, phone, Zoom, text, and WhatsApp as appropriate. The primary client record stays visible to the team.
- Spot dissatisfaction and performance risk before the client raises it. When something is off, bring a diagnosis and a save plan—not just a status update.
- Handle difficult conversations directly, calmly, and professionally, including when results or delivery are not on track.
- Build, launch, monitor, optimize, and report on Meta campaigns; Google Ads experience is valuable and may be part of the book.
- Set account strategy from client goals, offer economics, cost per booked consultation, lead quality, and lifetime value—not vanity metrics.
- Make testing decisions with a clear hypothesis, measurement plan, and decision date.
- Own creative direction and briefing. You are not expected to be the graphic designer, but you must know what creative the account needs and why.
- Coordinate media buying, creative, technical, landing-page, tracking, and CRM work while remaining the single point of accountability to the client.
- Monitor accounts daily and prevent avoidable incidents such as forgotten disapproved ads, broken tracking, or failed lead notifications.
- Create and maintain clear client reporting in Looker Studio.
- Send the mid-month report during the 15th–18th window using the trailing 30 days, and the end-of-month report during the 1st–4th window using the prior calendar month. These windows must not be conflated.
- Keep ClickUp current enough that Alex can open any account and immediately understand its goals, numbers, risks, last update, and next action.
- Coordinate landing pages, tracking, and CRM work in HighLevel with the technical team.
- Help document and improve the SOPs for campaign setup, reporting, onboarding, creative briefing, and offboarding.
- Respond within the same business day or by the next morning for non-urgent requests, and within 1–2 hours during working hours for urgent issues.
- Identify legitimate opportunities to expand an account through an additional channel, service line, or location—only when it is genuinely useful to the client.
- Help create the conditions for referrals, detailed reviews, and video testimonials by delivering outcomes worth talking about.
- Share client wins internally and celebrate progress with the client in writing.
- Hands-on Meta expertise: you have personally built campaigns, set strategy, read performance data, and made optimization decisions. This is not a support-only CSM role.
- Real account ownership: you have managed client relationships, led calls, set expectations, and taken responsibility for retention or outcomes.
- Excellent English: your spoken and written communication is clear, polished, and easy for business owners to trust.
- Commercial judgment: you understand booked consultations, lead quality, cost per acquisition, client economics, and why performance matters.
- Emotional resilience: you can deliver bad news, work through tension, and stay solution-focused without going silent or becoming defensive.
- Ownership and urgency: you notice issues early, communicate them, and move the next action forward without needing to be chased.
- Strong organization: you can manage a growing book, keep records accurate, and follow reporting and communication standards consistently.
- Remote readiness: you can reliably work EDT hours, join Zoom and phone calls with camera on, use a VPN, and maintain professional client communication from a remote setup.
During the first 60 days, you will be expected to take ownership of your accounts, communicate consistently, keep every reporting cycle on time, and demonstrate that you can run the Raging playbook without supervision. That includes completing a full Meta build through a dedicated landing page with pixel and CRM tracking verified end to end, documenting the core SOPs, and running client calls with strong feedback.Longer term, success means clients are performing, informed, and renewing; campaign and reporting systems are reliable; risks are raised early; and the book can grow without the client experience getting worse.
